Hi Sara, An approach that has worked for me has been to post the job on Craigslist and be very specific about the details of the job - pictures, dimensions, - as many details as you can provide and then ask that they provide their experience level, tools they have and will need, their bid for the job, and when they're available to start.  

Why don't you give a few of the local retailers a call and ask to see if they have any used fridges for the dimensions/ color you are looking for?

You may need to flip the pantry, island and doorway to work with the fire place wall and play with dimensions, but you get the idea. 

With you living there, that adds another dimension of complicity.

(4' x 8' ft is the dimension of a sheet of drywall, so either is a good line to cut...use a straight edge so replacement pieces fit well.)

Also, there will likely be minimum regulations on the number of parking spaces required per unit and/or per sqft as well as walkway dimensions.

The closest I can get to that over here in America is finding investors to do a CP loan on land where I will provide a list of suggested areas for sale, as well as the condominiums total 3D model with construction costs and all dimensions/specs provided.

Yours will vary obviously, as I'm sure your kitchen dimensions are different.I normally don't buy from Lowes or Home Depot.
