This is a quick calculation that we can do to see how much house you can purchase at 100% financing if desired.

For example, my client just closed a 3/2 single family house for $160k that was already rented at $1900/month and near turnkey and in a super desirable residential area.

It might be overpriced or might be correctly priced but is not generally desirable because of the work involved.
