Then track the date a maintenance issue was reported, description of the problem, who it was assigned to, when it's estimated to be completed, when it was completed, date/amount paid, etc.It doesn't have to be fancy.

Now it’s time to contact the cash buyer and seller and find a date and time that works for both of them.

This also explained to me that this will apply if you decide to pay off the loan earlier than the original due date of the loan
