I'm sorry if you don't agree, but this is what peak culinary logistics look like... 

Outside of my day job and new found interest in REI, my hobbies include powerbuilding (bodybuilding/powerlifting), culinary arts, storm chasing, being on the water (wakeboarding - learning to wake surf this summer), and of course spending time with my German Shepherd, Quasar. 

The city's revitalized downtown area is also attracting young professionals with its thriving entertainment scene and diverse culinary offerings. 

As an agent, I have met numerous buyers who have taken the train from Grand Central and walk to the houses they want to see, and they have felt perfectly comfortable doing so, and loved the ability to walk around, visit our local culinary restaurants and sightsee.

@William Coet Not entirely sure as Poughkeepsie is fairly new to my radar, but largely I would reckon the trio of colleges nearby: Vassar, Marist, and Culinary Institute of America. 

One project that I haven't seen mentioned yet is the medical school/culinary school project by Sudha Tokala.

I'm also experienced in the culinary industry, so I have a good eye for detail and I'm always looking for ways to improve my portfolio. 

Same thing with the chef, you can go to a culinary school and find someone that will do the same thing.
