AS you age out you really start to think about Hey i got 10 to 15 years lets try to be as healthy as possible so we can enjoy those years. doing the things we like travel cruising and fishing.

There is a cruise ship port there so it was flooded with tourists.

Some other benefits are having a great airport, quick access to 2 cruise ports a high speed train to Miami and East or West coast beaches within an hour.

I finally went on a 20 day Baltic Sea cruise the next month. 

The MLS is not the best place to cruise for a bargain but I was looking at some 2-4 unit properties and the prices are absolutely bonkers.

I’m just cruising through the site, I posted earlier today for some advice as well I haven’t gotten any responses yet but I’m amazed of the support in this community I truly appreciate the valuable feedback from everyone’s experience in the field. 

I recommend talking to your CPA, but it's my understanding that as long as it's not a cruise, education of this nature is a write off, regardless of the country :) Again, I highly recommend talking to your CPA to confirm how to go about this! 

I absolutely love this post the mans got a valid point we aren't selling an e-book or a chance to win a free cruise to collect e-mails.

We are still seeing people travel overseas and cruise more this year since they couldn't during COVID. 

We also have year round events even outside of the summer season that keep people coming to the island, along with the 5th busiest cruise port in the nation.
