Outside of real estate, we have a small homestead with our daughters, a couple pups and a whole bunch of chickens!

You'll likely see less divorces for financial reasons from that, those chickens won't come home to roost until another 7-10 years.I do see a correction though, but that's regional.

Someone found a 400k property for 125k and didn’t put no money into it got 4K and a chicken sandwich back at closing.

Bubble formations will be the most rampant in these areas and the chickens are coming home to roost here.I remember at a REI meeting someone told me they'd take 6 Rocky mount over 1 raleigh.

Hard to get that chicken back in the coop after. 

I just don't think those chickens are going to come home to roost anytime soon.

We will have clarity about all this after the fact, per usual but all these chickens are coming home to roost.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner :)I'm not sure how many tenants I've had over the years but it's surely been over 100 in my personal portfolio, not including those in properties we've managed for others.

Including cows, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, etc...Just my 2 cents.
