@Breeya Johnson the entire market currently is in a cooling cycle with price declines and inflated expenses like property taxes and insurance.

They had a device they hooked up and could listen to the sound waves. 

Yes of course there are people who think tokenization is cool and you can get some $ from it, but to grow it at scale - real estate is old school and most who invest six figures in real estate are not 25 years old and are not keen on tokenization.

So, generally, they'll talk to you with rose-tinted glasses and have you drink the cool aid.It doesn't mean you can't find a deal though.

Pick one that is improving, homes being renovated and flipped, vacant storefronts being turned into cool coffee shops etc.Good luck.

Very cool piece of real estate, unfortunately it doesn't even make sense at the $650k asking price.

Super cool apartment style living, but all one story. 

I don't even know what to say, except to hope that it's all kids who do not yet know the pain of rush hour commute, and think all things "grown up" are cool grown up things.
