I look forward to contributing to the forums with my limited experience.I went to the REDC auction in Sacramento over the weekend and we bid on a few of the properties in Contra Costa.

We're located in the Bay Area and we'll buy fixers in eastern Contra Costa where has been serious drops in prices because we know the area.

Investor here over in Contra Costa County.

Two of the strongest ones are commercial aircraft strippers or peel away 1/ peel away .These are the strongest ones out there, since you will be painting it these do the job the fastest.

She works at an aircraft plant in Wichita Kansas and earns a respectable "wage" of $20/hr.

So I have been looking at REO in Contra Costa County a very well populated area about 20 miles east of San Francisco.

And well small aircraft you need head sets lest you go deaf.. 

When these two cycles are running contra to each other it can be possible to exit real estate at a high and enter Oil working or royalty interests  on the upswing and ride that till the next real estate correction.

Aircraft hangers are extremely passive .. and many are rented to very high net worth type folks who keep their car collections in them build a man cave in them.. have their million dollar motor home in them.. and of course their aircraft.I bought our hanger it was a condo project.. so we have an HOA and a ready room.. but if I look at my neighbors one is Warn winch's they have a 3 hanger set up   a Citation jet  a Beech 1900  a war bird  a L 39  single pilot jet trainer motor home car collection boats you name it..
