As a borrower you have many more rights than you previously had)This is what I talk about when I say you get yourself worked up over this stuff and "confiscation of your money" and all the other incendiary and negative things you say.If you constantly fret over being robbed and usurped and confiscated and nasty things like that, it bogs you down.Just tell yourself, hey, regulation and taxes are part of the deal with getting to live and do business in this great country.

I have tried approaching a back fro morgage however i want qualified especially that banks nowadays are being very strict.The developer sent me a legal letter recently stating that im in breach of the contract referring to the payment schedulle,in which i have a short period to settle my payments or else they will confiscate the entire amount on both my units.I have paid soo far a 30 % in one of the units and 15% in the other.I am trying to settle a win win situation or solution with the companys management inorder not to loose my money.I have proposed the below and all of these were rejected.1-consolidating from 2 units to 1 unit and transfer the money into it2-credit note3-retain 50% of what i have paid4-Lease to ownI need your input on this guys.

Lets review what eminate domain means, It means that the government reserve the right to confiscate private property for the good of the people in exchange for compensation without the owner's consent.Now, if anyone believe that the US government will confiscate private property to give to China, this person must be a fool.
