What I said in an earlier comment about "section 179 can't be used to create a business loss", that wasn't entirely accurate/complete. 

Go search the topic "Lifestyle Asset University" here on Bigger Pockets and you will see a longer thread with a lot of opinions (most are not members) but still worth a read as there are a half a dozen paid members from our group who have commented on that thread.We were formerly called Lifestyle Asset University, but I didn't realize that you couldn't use the word University in your company name here in Utah so we changed our name to Vodyssey. 

Id appreciate any and all comments as much backfeed as I can get.

Lets not forget how you tried to bribe us into helping you out with selling one of your houses with “deleting the comment” after we expressed we did not want to work with you any longer because of the false slander.

I've seen a few instances on the biggerpockets youtube channel where the comments were suggesting the data used in calculations wasn't accurate.

At least not in the place where people are commenting.

You make the payments to the lender.Oh, and just in case, there are more items to know about when considering a "sub to" transaction but this is just a comment on the payment aspect.
