Do I need to choose a location close to home or farther away?

They usually come with fairly steep rates and high fees/points at closing.

As you start closing deals, you will need to reinvest your profits into mailing lists and other scalable activities to grow your business.

Hello BP ,im in the process of closing on another 4unit multi family , this time in Columbus Ohio.

We came in low with our offer, but were willing to skip the inspection (which had already been completed before we offered) and stipulated that we would close in 20 days, which was super valuable to the seller.

The day after you close, it will appraise for the sales price. 

I was pushing to close on a property and had to borrow money just to make it happen.
