A very common issue is the circulator pump (if its a hot water system which it seems to be). 

However before I circulate to my partner, I want to reach out to see if seasoned eyes could look over it to make sure I wasn't missing anything. 

@Shaun Palmer appreciate all the resPonses, didn’t expect this much feedback but thanks to everyone...So it is a 50 gallon electric water tank but is being used as an indirect holding tank off the boiler with a circulator...

The pump that is used to circulate the hot water through the system is the component that typically needs the most regular maintenance.

Definitely check out the Marketplace ads on this site as there are many posts from lenders circulating that forum with highlights about the different loan programs they offer!

And I know I know I could do them form my office but there is wire fraud Risk big time when you do them yourself.. and we have too much money circulating to take that risk.. in person at the bank triple check wire instructions is my MO>

With the windows open, it helps circulate air more of course but doesn't do much of anything for the humidity levels.

Circulate the new rules and regulations with all tenants within a month of taking over and make sure you apply them early to clarify any ambiguities.
