I'm not trying to sell you on or argue about Mexico; I just want to share my experience investing there and explain why I've chosen to explore other markets as well.

the answers to all of your questions are... go find those people in person, which is difficult to do out of state unless you're traveling frequently to your chosen market. 

Apple , Tesla, Google, Samsung amongst other Tech giant companies have chosen Austin TX as thier city.

Now that you've had some success it is a good idea to clean up the structure of the business and continue forward on your chosen path.

That's a tradeoff I'm happy to make right now.So far we have enough saved for a down payment (possibly 2), we've chosen a turnkey provider and market, and we've lined up funding for the first deal.
