If you are single or married with a small child, buying a duplex or 4plex should work well.  

If you stayed with your parents for $0, then you have say, negative cash flow of $1,750.

That will be one of those skills and those people assigned will staff the child care centers which is explicitly for those participants of the program.

Maybe adding a parent a lease co-signer (and payer) might help.
