Between the webinar replays and the podcast catalog, I am contemplating retreating on a mountain-top sabbatical with my iPhone and headphones!

The contents inside the home were eerily untouched - food in the fridge (gross), clothes in the dressers, furniture, end tables, tools in the workshop, toys, shoes, etc.It took me and another guy a week to catalog everything and donate it all in the hopes I could perhaps write it off.  

I thought I saw a while back where someone mentioned a catalog or online resource for ordering supplies for multifamily. 

I completed mine through Illinois Realtors: https://shop.illinoisrealtor.org/catalog/Pre-Licen...They were responsive when there were minor issues and overall it was a very smooth process.

This isn't a Williams-Sonoma catalog extolling the virtues of a $400 waffle maker, just tell me the facts.
