Any good area so you recommend for buying a rental property ? 

With inflation driving up day-to-day expenses, saving enough to buy your first home is more of a challenge.

They wear like iron and still look great after 7 years of vacation rental use.Remember, you don't need to buy brand new.

So, there is even more risk.The things that you can do, include being properly capitalized, not be greedy, (in whichever way that may be defined in the county you are buying), know solicitation laws, know Dodd-Frank, the Consumer Protection Act, the S.A.F.E.

Does anyone have experience buying properties for cheap from land banks, renovating them, and renting them out/selling them?
