Nate,this propertie is in Barton/McFarland neighborhood not so worst like Morningside (from the other BP member) but has many burglarys and some thefts there no shootings this year.I know from the other topic there was BP members with help offers check this out maybe you find a good one.

Not sure about Missouri, but I believe in most states, that would be considered burglary, or at the very least "breaking and entering".
