You also get to network with others interested in real estate and wealth building in a relaxed setting ("more business is done on the golf course than in the board room").I played the game a number of times and met people I would have enjoyed doing business with.

just remember the opening Scene of Thomas Crown affair ( the lastest one)  when they are all sitting around the board room and Crown signs the deal the buyers light cigars.. then Crown Looks at them and says well guys you paid 10 million more than the best offer I had... 

He was in the boardroom mastermind with me.

@Wren Martin has generously offered to let us use his boardroom in the Chandler Airpark. 

As a Boardroom Mastermind member a ton of wholesalers have scaled using them, and there are a ton of great wholesale coaches as well.

I have to say this is a very interesting post, and quite devisive in some aspects, so, I'll add my small 2 cents. ... personally, Jackson, I say good job on negotiating down your debts, that is done at closing tables and board rooms around the world all day long!!!

As I am sure we have all been in board rooms where a strategy and plan was developed to penetrate a new market or utilize a new technology.  

my favorite was in the Alaska Air board room in PDX one EARLY morning.. the sign in for the room is a finger print then your name pops up on a I pad like device. lady behind me says are you the Jay from BP..

It's not Banker Boardroom stuff, they have no say in the matter, just nuts and bolts accounting.Bummer.
