Contrary to what everyone seems to be saying these days, a good agent is worth their weight in gold.

I love the idea of financing land flipping since so few do it and I think it's the lowest bar to entry for investors who can hustle and are good with systems and calling (gold mine).

For me, those 2 reasons alone make it worth it's weight in gold.
