Is this the starter or individual plan from invelo being offered with bigger pockets pro?

We also tell them that we charge $25 per hole for TV mounts, shelves etc I think that $10 up-front investment has reduced the number of issues by probably 80%.Our walls are textured (sand textured in Milwaukee, orange peel textured in the western suburbs - yes, there is an actual dividing line), so we try to avoid the usual palm-sized patch and fill only the hole without making it bigger, so we can get away without texturing.

I plan to be here often but have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for the last year now, and have consistently been saving to make my first investment this year.

Hello, My wife and I are new to Bigger Pockets and are fairly novice real estate investors in Northern Maryland.

Would need to know a bit more before giving a specific direction but it is usually best to hang on to your property and not sell whether you expand on it or rent it out and purchase a bigger property.
