We like a low entry point with room for growth but low crime and good public schooling and family friendly things (parks,waterways, bicycle and running paths etc).

The next one in Denver is on Monday (the 15th) at the Denver Bicycle Cafe 6 pm.  

It's held at The Bicycle Cafe and starts at 6:00, I think.

You know what I do when the market gets to hot, go ride my bicycle a bunch, and hopefully win a few championships.. really. 

It just so happens I stumbled across this whole sale investment company, and I got involved...I was like a kid in a toy factory out of my mind with joy, it was like riding a bicycle on the phone making deals, going out looking at properties, building relationships with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, ect... after, really my first month I knew I had to start my own company... however I stayed with the company for 7 months, and decided now was the time to do my own thing, I know the game, I also know I have so much more to learn, if I built a thriving wholesale investment company once before I can do it again.

I paid $5 for a subscription to join the Northeast Alabama Bicycle Association to get my card and then once they gave me the credit card I simply cancelled my bike membership since the subscription is otherwise a monthly cost.
