I attempted to reach out to my property manager on 6/30 as per the lease expiration date in writing and he had a terrible attitude and told me I needed to wait until a certain date to have him reach out to the tenants.

go to her broker, make it super difficult to work with. go after her license, go after everything and say all you want is a release. you are a consumer. the law is pretty clear. look up procuring cause. buy a different floorplan of the same house int he same neighborhood without those addresses and you'll get around it Wow, your attitude makes me wish for a dis-like button.

Then there’s the difference in tenant attitude - I’ve had LTR tenants who treated the property as well as if they owned it - they planned on being there very long term.
