I had honestly believed that we had left most of that political garbage of live the politics I tell you or die or I will melt the world in an atomic fireball stuff was behind us. 

The latter are "drinking from a fire hose", as they say, with lots of info flying in their face and which atoms of information are useful to themselves is hard to determine.

I look at OM for stated NOI to see if management fee Is customary for building size and the market and if they are taking out reasonable vacancy that would be seen in the appraisal for underwriting with a loan.

We've seen a lot of technology with data and bits, but we haven't seen a lot of technology with atoms in the last 50 years.

I'm a fan of Mastros Steak, careful the atomic horseradish will have you crying all night.  

I also used a product at Home Depot called Concrobium and rented an atomizer there to treat the inside of the walls.

I'm exploring a couple options where I could potentially work from home for the majority of the time and am also exploring some leads at Bettis Atomic Lab.

I don't agree with everything in there (i.e. the over-the-top guarantee he talks about isn't something I would ever expect or demand from anyone else, so I would feel completely weird offering it myself), but in terms of summarizing basic effective marketing techniques in a very easy-to-understand and implement manner I felt like this was like 4 or 5 other books rolled into one.Another great one is "Atomic Habits" by James Clear.
