You're attempting to find a solution but haven't articulated the details of the problem.

Oddly, you claim your lawyer sees it as a win for the NAR but you can't articulate exactly why only speculate.

If they are taking forever to respond or they are less than articulate, thus creating an ambiguity, I go elsewhere.

I enjoy listening to you talk about all the reasons to purchase real estate currently even though prices have more then doubled in many areas.I would like you to have someone on who disagrees with you on this and can articulate some good reasons to not buy right now. 

Last and most importantly, 99.9% of BP posters who are concerned with asset protection and/or believe anonymity will somehow protect them can’t even articulate what they are protecting against and that’s what leads to unnecessary time and expense spent on flawed asset protection practices. 

A problem well articulated is half solved. 

The irony in most cases is those who spend excessively for complexed entity structures can't even articulate what they are protecting against and operate the underlying businesses recklessly (improper insurance, inadequate or no contracts etc.) and end up in trouble anyway.

This is what I do:1) Helping investors articulate, clarify, and organize their thoughts. 2) Holding investors accountable for their actions. 3) Assisting investors as they strategize and make plans to reach theirREI goals.
