Think about it, on a simple level, you can create a workflow for AI and how it should interact w/ inbound leads on your website and the AI can communicate and ask those people certain questions and then at some point do things like set up a appointment based on a specific answer after making it through a conversation (like funnel).

On average we're getting around 40 seller appointments a month

You will get A LOT of appointments by sending A LOT of hard target mailers (like the ones that say 5th notice and such, drive return calls), but it's a lot for a little.

If you’re moving here from out of town, I recommend scheduling your DMV appointment early to switch your license – we didn’t, and the wait ended up being months long!

If they reach out to you in a timely manor asking about the missed appointment give them a call and congratulate them on passing 90% of the interview.

I just wanted to say thank you to @Tyler Jahnke and all that have contributed to his excellent documenting of his journey with Morris Invest and his Indiana property.MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR (For those with time to burn)I made a reservation online with Morris Invest on June 30th of 2016 and received a phone call appointment for October 6th - an almost 3 month wait.On that day I got a call from a 727 area code which turned out to be a gentleman named Dave Koehn who said he was an associate of Clayton's.

The downside is that when something breaks, it takes forever to schedule appointments, make sure the tenant is home or a property manager can let them in, and sometimes it even takes two appointments.
