I used to get a ton of email from him last year and one was announcing that his kid brother had died of cancer.. sad enough but the man was asking me for money for his brothers family.  

Any time any one wants to spend bitcoin on anything he basically needs to announce it to the entire world...So anyone who uses bitcoin for illegal purposes is not the sharpest tool in the shed. =) It's literally the most transparent and traceable transaction medium mankind has ever seen lolThe transaction can be traced, but not the person.

This would be 2 days before he announced in his June 20th email (which I believe you have) that he was suspending payments to hundreds of investors because of financial problems.He did not disclose anywhere in the webinar (48 hours before the email) the difficulties that his business was experiencing which was laid out in the email 2 days later.

I have made 30 videos on how to do things and put them on a YouTube page for our tenants, sent it out on an announcement, etc.   

A lot of data centers, including Cologix who recently made an announcement are being developed there.

For example, I have a property that was announced as a grant funding development for 2025, along with the need to buy neighboring lots to clean up the land. 

I ended the offer to rent to the tenant on December 1st and didn't receive any communication from LMHA until December 15th when they tried to schedule the inspection...that's 45 days to process a voucher.We had another home pass inspection on November 5th and we hadn't "stopped and waited" for LMHA because it had never been a major issue before so we let the tenant move in...LMHA announced on November 15th that the tenant voucher needed to be re-evaluated by LMHA and that the rent rate needed to be adjusted (The story was the "Administrator A" reviewed and approved it but since they had resigned, now we had to wait for "Administrator B" to do it.

In the end, the weekend after the fed announced the first interest rate drop, we had an open house that had more traffic than our opening weekend 3 months earlier. we received a full-price offer for the house and closed in early November. obviously I have no way of knowing if the interest rate drop was a trigger, but nothing else changed in the market at that time. just wanted to share in case others are curious. appreciate all the thought partnership!
