Hopefully that will cure the ailment.

It’s short of like going to your doctor, and you tell him/her that you’re sick and he/she prescribes you medication without asking you questions and properly diagnosing  your ailments. 

Near the one-year mark, the tenant had to be hospitalized for a weight-related ailment and ended up moving out. 

There is a guy around my area that runs about 10 of them and makes big $$$ doing it .That’s interesting  one of our local county commissioners runs several group homes and is making good money as well  I’d thought about converting a six unit into a group home to increase the profits  you can get more per door for sure but depending on what you’re doing it requires some setup and employees - intellectually disabled adults vs other mental ailments vs substance abuse or halfway house etc.

The problems for people with other serious ailments due to lack of ICU beds, delivery problems, supply chain problems, massive drop in business at restaurants, hotels, airlines, etc.

There is an existing solution for all of the climate ailments. 

You don't want the tenant claiming some kind of mystery ailment from the old oil you allowed the old tenant to leave there, which would also be negligence. :)

There definitely are a lot of people suffering from mental disabilities and other physical ailments. 

A common ailment, especially here in the Bay Area where so many folks come from a tech background.
