I needed action: the adrenaline of lots of small sales every day, so I didn't stick with it.In the current economy and with my age and skill set, I don't see a lot of opportunity for a guy like me, so by process of elimination I find myself again attracted to the prospects of real estate.

new sheetrock new cabinets new toilets and appliances that is why the 30K rehab costs and why tey rent so fast....No splash and dash jobs....If I join I haveinsvestors willing to buy at the 60K mark and will put 12K in each so they will have cash flow on a 30 year AM..Guess we will see when I get there if they are TELLIN the TRUTH to truthteller...Really impressed with the dialouge here!

I wish I could make either meeting but the one on the 28th I can not make as I will be in school until 7pm and then making a mad dash over to the Black Diamond event which is about 5 min away from my class in Waltham.

They are underinsured believing that a n llc is some magic shield.If you go the llc route then sit down with the proper professionals and understand exactly what you need to do to make it a viable llc -the ongoing work it entails-and not one of the majority of slap-dashed llc’s that do nothing but give people a false sense of security and accomplishment.I do not have my buildings in an LLC.
