One place that will soon become a rental market heaven is an area around Johnstown/ New Albany where a huge Intel plant is under construction with plans for thousands of employees, not to mention the contractors there now. 

If you’re below $275K, focus on high-impact upgrades like improving curb appeal (landscaping, fresh paint), refreshing the kitchen and bathrooms (new hardware, lighting), or adding energy-efficient features (smart thermostats, LED lighting).

Bought under value and currently adding a couple more homes and have brought two new tenants in as well What was the outcome?

Adding 1-2 doors this year would be awesome. 

After talking to support (who were actually quite responsive and helpful), they told me I had to publish the ad with only one photo first and then re-post the ad with additional photos later to force the first photo to be first.

I see their ads pop on my social media and I think there are some scare tactics. 

We completely gutted and finished the basement including adding a kitchenette and 3/4 bath, moved out and are now renting both apartments.

My question is if we are marketing this as land, is more value added from the 2020 mobile home or the multiple utility hook ups?

Updated siding, added a fresh coat of paint, and landscaped the yard.
