I believe this is true for high price san Francisco and lower priced detroit and most markets in between.Best wishes San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco having a lower violent crime rate than Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Toledo is not an accomplishment by any means.

I hope someone in Sub2 community who financed purchases of the homes they sold could share in few bullet points how they accomplished it, while staying compliant with Dodd Frank and Safe Acts.    

You don't have to buy one, you can install an app on your phone that will accomplish the same thing.

A huge mortgage company, simply won't have the time or the bandwidth to accomplish this.  

So what is the procedure by which to accomplish that?
