My top four neighborhoods are: Little River/Little Haiti - Gentrification sandwich: Design District and ex-Wynwooders moving north, Yoga studios and Hipsterness popping up all around Little River from the South.

Back then Shaw was sketchy and had nightly gun fire, and today it's hip filled with 20 somethings carrying around yoga mats and starring into their phones.

Don't buy real estate as a hobby take up yoga or something it's less expensive and relieves stress.
