Has anybody thought about investing in real estate in Venezuela?

I’m sure over the course of time all these countries will end up like Venezuela!

For example, If someone hates socialism, they can point to Cuba and Venezuela as examples of its failures.

Probably some good deals in Venezuela right now. 

Also, Nicaragua is actually one of the few countries where the possibility of losing your property by expropriation Venezuela-style is real.Costa Rica is much less risky and is a great place to buy for lifestyle, depending on your lifestyle of course.

With all the money printing I am worried we are the next Zimbabwe or Venezuela What are your plans? 

We also have 5 rental properties (in Houston, Miami, Turkey and Venezuela) and our main strategy is The BRRR.

I want to learn more about REOs, Buying and Holding, House Hacking and Rehab projects.I'm originally from Venezuela, but I've been in the US for 15 years now, I just got my Bachelors in Business Supervision and Management, and I'm eager to learn something new everyday. 

The South American/Venezuela money looking for a safe place to be parked is what saved it last time...all the money is out of Venezuela now that could get out....no more lifelines.

I know there’s things that contractors need to do, but my husband is an engineer and has construction experience (+15years), we are from Venezuela so he’s not licensed here but he has the knowledge.
