Hello everybody, I'm very excited to have found this website with this immense amount of information about real estate investing and big community. I currently work for a Property Management Company and I'm slowly learning the management side of the business, and plan to pursue a CAM license in the near future. My goal is to purchase my first property, an owner-occupied duplex or triplex by the end of the year. I want to learn more about REOs, Buying and Holding, House Hacking and Rehab projects.

I'm originally from Venezuela, but I've been in the US for 15 years now, I just got my Bachelors in Business Supervision and Management, and I'm eager to learn something new everyday. I've been listening to the podcasts from the beginning, so far I've listened up to episode 11. Looking forward to connect with more local and out of state members!
