Harris county is a blast because it is a total zoo and there is more action than you can handle on your own unless you only have your eye on a couple properties.

Baltimore city is a dump filled with animals, similar to a zoo.

Add a petting zoo and tractor rides with a corn maze at Halloween, a Christmas light show, barbeque/beer/concerts a few weekends during the summer, car cruise, motorcycle rally, and some functions that honor veterans.

I called Cook's Pest Control.Me and my uncle just pulled out the decrepit sink and undercabinets and found the rat nest.Smells of vomit, mildew, & hot zoo animal urine.

The market is a zoo out here.

We have a great craft beer scene, tons of great parks and free attractions, amazing restaurants, nationally-renowned BBQ, the best zoo in the U.S., affordable housing, lots of investment opportunity, and plenty of Fortune 500 HQs are located here.

Both of these allow for several levels to go in either direction.How about the type of housing: cardboard box, tent, mobile home (aka trailer), rowhome, twin, mansion, apartment building.Or even the three little pigs types of housing: straw, stick, brick.You could also use dog breeds, or zoo animals, for different tiers.

Some of that time had mass closures in the city including closure of the beaches, zoos, parks, restaurants, bars, clubs, etc.  

Bring a zoo into non-pet unit, cannot evict.  

Saint Louis has one of if not the best zoos in the country.
