We are looking at a historic multi family in San Diego the sellers have not filed the Mills Act paperwork What are the ramifications of filing for Mills Act on a rental property?

My bizz partner when I was doing timber in the 90s  prior to us doing our thing.. he had a Cedar shake mill.. things changed in San Jose area tile roofs are very prevalent. 

@Jason Lopez You don’t need an LLC to rent out a house in San Antonio, TX, but it can provide liability protection by separating your personal assets from your rental property.
