Hello, I'm Pedro and I live in Switzerland, but I want to invest on real estate, in my home country, Portugal. 

I'm in portugal, wanted to use laminate on my rehab because it's a kitchen/living room, but the contractor told me it was dumb as it was not water proof and i'd have to change it in a short period of time

Hi @Anthony Portugal,Nothing jumps out at me, except that you are posting this on BP because your LO apparently doesn't think it's important enough to make time to explain it all to you... that doesn't bode particularly well for how it's possibly going to play out once in contract and paperwork is flying 100 mph!

The reason I have the Portuguese last name is because one of my ancestors fled to the Netherlands from Portugal in 1540 during the Portuguese Inquisition.
