A cash-flowing, large lot, alley loaded duplex that needed a new roof, painted and new floors.

The tenant fails to pay their last month's rent and leaves the place needing new flooring and paint.

Laundromats that are next to (same building) or attachedwith an access door to a coffee shop, cafe, etc are the best ones to get.

I've looked into the one-stop shop tools, but none are quite as good as these individual tools yet in my opinion.
