Hello,  I am not sure why bigger pockets advertises rentredi.com, but I have been using them for several months and their support is beyond awful and I have been trying to locate money that has mysteriously disappeared. 

For example, the murder rate in Bogota, Colombia's metropolis, is lower than that of Indianapolis.

This thread has all the things.. intrigue, mystery, and plot twists everywhere you look. 

Look, Mark was pointing out that it's self-inflicted injury not some mysterious market factor, that's just reality of the math.

The schools should have a "C" rating or slightly better and crime can be sporadic in this area but no murders in the last 2 years. 

One of my family members had been trying for years to get her trailer on her fathers property and the only time they finally said yes was when her husband was murdered.
