Every year, Disney and Universal reliably announce new attractions to keep visitors coming back — for instance next year, the opening of Universal’s Epic Universe in 2025. 

A last and very important part; I hear investors all the time talk about how hard it is to find good deals in TCM market, even asking "is there any 1% rule properties left" and I just laugh because in the Central MN market the #'s can be epic compared to TCM market and others.

They test it out and the listings will jump back and forth until they settle on what they want.Hopefully Vrbo will realize pretty quickly that this is turning into an epic fail.

With Universal opening up EPIC next year, the timing is good to get in and up and running.

Most recently Zillow threw epic resources into a direct "war" on taking over real estate transactions, and all Zillow achieved was finding a fast way to loose a few hundred million.
