@Todd Anderson hey Todd, thanks for all of your advice, you've given me a lot to think about.I've been going back and forth, I need to do some research and work out the numbers.

There were weekly group video phone calls that despite usually only having 5-10 people online I could never get a question answered leaving me to believe they were pre recorded.

Plus, they have a ton of information and videos on their site.TMC is the CDC (community develop corporation), which the SBA delegates their authority to. 

Perhaps the landlord can direct you to the video as evidence, or talk to a neighbor. 

Most of the stuff I attend now are higher-level conferences that cost a lot to get it.
