I am a hands on learner and I have already done hours of research on my own.

I’m a new Real Estate Investor, currently working on expanding my knowledge. I have a short term goal of making my first deal within the next year, and a long term goal of owning 100 units within the next 8 years.

I’ve read many books on RE and have watched countless webinars but I’m more of a visual learner.

Yardi is my main software, but if you're tech-savvy and a real quick learner, you can make almost any software/system to work with what you need.
