I'm so sorry this happened to you and great suggestion on adding a paragraph to the lease.  

Sorry again to rant but I never plan my response beyond the first paragraph and I’m sure it shows. 

This is probably why you want to bring equity back into your US business and any other investor might make the same choice as you.I brought up the challenges to come up with the solution, which was my last paragraph.
