Imagine building a 4,000-square-foot, three-story duplex with a 1,000-square-foot ADU.

Unfortunately, Covid decided to change my plans, and I made the decision to hold off, in hindsight it was a huge mistake and no one could have imagined that property values could have increased at such a high rate.

I guarantee you are more likely to secure favorable terms if the seller likes you and can imagine you as a great operator for the business.

In my area these are rare so they are difficult to set market rent, and I imagine get a lot of wear and tear with a lot of occupants living there. 

I cant imagine that renters would rent a place and not want to utilize the garage.

Imagine luxury homes, dream holidays, and financial security.

I imagine those renters will fill it and then not access it much, so it shouldn't be a bother to your tenants.

I imagine others don't like that it's in an older condo building without private laundry.
