Now i am not saying these are absolute requirements for success, but predispositions will make the job easier or harder.I have looked at many properties where the agent was just trying to sell me, and people know when they are getting pitched!

Genetically Modified Organism

The mental aspects of making/remembering appointments, worrying about college education funds, etc. is still disproportionately placed on women (possibly genetically predisposed). 

I've said it before, and I'm saying it again, if the lowest-common-denominator users are too stupid to use the tool, the rest of us should not be penalized for their substandard genetic code or their lazy backsides.Sean
