Now i am not saying these are absolute requirements for success, but predispositions will make the job easier or harder.I have looked at many properties where the agent was just trying to sell me, and people know when they are getting pitched!

We may ask for blood work, genetic testing, etc. to make sure we wouldn't lose any money on the transaction and the borrower was good for the term of the entire loan.

I had one that was half Lab and half Rottweiler, and while she was the sweetest dog I could definitely see a predisposition in her that we could have easily trained her to be a killer.

Do you know any females who have a good decorating genetic (50% of the renters are females).If so, maybe head on down to Home Depot with her, and take some pics and note the part numbers of items that will make a pleasant attractive look for your project.Then rather that let somebody who really doesn't care about the marketability of your units make the choices, you will have a much more marketable offer for the prospective renters.Use extend length oval toilets vs the round ones, and do not put carpet in the bathroom.When buying think marketability of the unit and ease of cleaning as well as current tastes of potential renters.You want to have a marketable offer for your prospective rents.Good Luck!

The mental aspects of making/remembering appointments, worrying about college education funds, etc. is still disproportionately placed on women (possibly genetically predisposed).
