they are perfectly suited for central wa and or  were small farming towns have plenty of land appreciate the few jobs they bring and columbia river power grid.

Is this a realistic idea for the Columbia MD area?

I should also mention I have an event in Columbia coming up, it’s posted in events and happenings. 

Has anyone invested in college towns, Columbia, Missouri or Champaign, Illinois?
