Our head of household is an insomniac with PTSD, brain & spinal injuries, various other chronic pain probs that run major interference with life & everyday activities.

They had just bought it 3 months prior and rented to gypsies (12+ people in a 2 bedroom), a person who chronically gets evicted every few months and moves around, and a felon with Pit Bull dogs.

That way, if people are chronically late we can still withhold the late fees from their deposit when they move.

Hi there I have a tenant who has been chronically late with rent since the lease began, first it was a week late, then 2 weeks, then a month...tenant pays eventually after multiple phone calls and reminders. 

I just evicted a chronic late payer.

Of course a prospective lender would not lend to a borrower whose credit history demonstrates chronic pattern of disregarding credit obligations on the same terms they would extend to unblemished credit.  

I've seen how brazen people have become, a tenant long ago who we would not renew their lease due to chronic late payments, aggressive and passive-aggressive tendencies, outright continuous lying and more, actually put me down as a reference on the application of the new place she wanted to rent.

As we are chronically optimistic we thought it would be great to use this opportunity and start from scratch somewhere else so...Florida it is!

He is on a month-to-month lease and I’ve kept him that way in case I need to get him out, he has always paid each month, but is chronically late at times and I’ve had to serve him notice multiple times. But that’s really my only issue with him is chronic late payments and not keeping the condition of the property in better shape.
