Properties are located in a beautiful region of the Catskill Mountains, several within one mile of the Delaware River.Properties are located in three townships: Callicoon, Delaware and Fremont.Properties are concentrated in the southern tier of New York State in and around the Marcellus Shale, the largest shale plate in the US, often called the “Saudi Arabia of natural gas."

Hi, I'm new(isn) and the more I read the more it seams like a wholesaler is the person I want to get involved with for an REI in the 87 Corridor/Southern Catskills and even the Phoenix Metro Area.

We rented one Air BNB in the Catskills for a wedding and the beds were horrid.. never again.

My husband and I are in the process of buying our first property, a residential 4bd, 1 ba house in the Catskills in NY. 

I m sure you know that our area commands more rent than all the other states you mention. you can look in Connecticut, Rockland, West chester, New Jersey or Pennsylvania you can look for Airbnb properties in the Catskills or the Poconos.

In need of some recommendations for a property management group that services Catskill, Athens and Hudson...If they don’t cross the bridge, a PM that handles just Greene county will work.....Thanks BP community !
