I’m looking to buy a vehicle this weekend, specifically to transport supplies to and from my rental property, and to work on the property in between tenants; the property is 700 miles away.

The unit is located in South Jersey, 15 min outside of Philadelphia in a nice, vibrant neighborhood, close to amenities and public transportation.

If it wasn't housing, food, or transportation, I didn't spend money on it.

On paper we were slightly in the red but much of that is due to one-year expenses/repairs & allowable transportation costs to get up to the property for work days ourselves. 

Our market is lucrative with a 30k employment Air Force base, healthcare, transportation center, Amazon etc as big employers. 

Transportation options are plentiful.

I am also a pickleball fanatic...would love to connect with you as I grew up in Boston.

Yields in Boston are very low.

I think you're on the right track with Lowell - that's consistently been one of the most affordable markets in the greater Boston area when you consider price to rent metrics.
