The second book, Making Money with Mobile Homes is more focused on examples of deals and is aimed at people who need more help understanding the financial side of "Lonnie deals".

I have bought properties in the past without a definite criteria but this book makes sense and I would like to have a well defined criteria so that I can focus well.
