But if I received a letter with these statements out of the blue I'd think "boloney".By "premiere real estate company" I'd assume you are from a brokers office and that broker does more business in the area than any other.

My personal experience in marketing (as an ex-pizzeria owner) is that is all about testing, testing, testing.

I was told many, many years ago that old gas stations would make good locations for pizzerias, bagels, etc.. 

My courses were in Management and Consulting.Current occupation, or preoccupation as it may be, we are small business folk and as one of our primary businesses, we own and operate a pizzeria. 10 years in business as we go into the new year.
